The second graders came to read us two Thanksgiving poems! We loved it! We gave them lolipops and wished them a Happy Thanksgiving.
At our party, we tried to make Pilgrim hats with a marshmallow, cookie, chocolate and yellow icing. It did not work out too well! Most of us ate our hats before they even made it home!

We did a little scavenger hunt throughout the school. Our goal was to find people who could tell us things they were thankful for using words that began with certain letters. We had a blast moving throughout the school and talking to teachers, high schoolers and people we may not normally have a conversation with!
