LCCS Auction!

This year marked the very first annual LCCS auction! It was fun to see a LOT of students and families there supporting the school. One of the FUN aspects of the auction is the Kidz Bidz. This is a specific auction FOR KIDS. They each have their OWN BIDDING NUMBER and can bid on fun items ALL BY THEMSELVES. To get the students excited, we decided to hold a mock auction in the third grade classroom so the students knew what to do! It was a BLAST!

Mrs. Mellette showing off some of the GOODS and how to use your number to BID!

All the students earned tickets from their spelling tests in the morning. The amount of tickets they earned was the amount of money they could spend on any of the items.

PUMPED!

Jason Swarr (a 5th grader) was our auctioneer.

It was a pretty crazy AUCTION!

SOLD!

Again, thanks for coming out to the LCCS Auction. The real one AND the mock one! If you didn't get a chance to make it this year, don't miss out in 2012!
