Thursday, May 12th was Janae's birthday! To celebrate in style, her mom brought in an ice cream cone pinata! OH THE FUN THAT WAS HAD.......

After everyone in the class had a GOOD SWING at it, Janae finished it off.....
And everyone RUSHED in for candy!

Happy birthday Janae! We are SO thankful that you are in our class this year. You are a GREAT LEADER and a very HARD WORKER. It will be so exciting to watch God continue to GROW you into a godly leader and encourager to so many people!! Don't forget, I will ask you to repeat the presidents in order whenever I see you in 4th grade! :-)

What a beautiful girl--with such a lovely name I might add. (And the spelling of it makes SO much more sense then mine!). I am a better person tonight having been introduced to the colorful 'Herr's Happenings', whose banner immediately to me to a tropical, happy place.
